Financial Policy

We make every effort to minimize the cost of your Dental Care. Fees are due in full at the time services are rendered. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for payment. Insurance is a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. This office obtains insurance coverage information through a data base that is updated monthly in order to provide you with the best estimates on your cost for treatment diagnosed. We are very concerned about keeping your out of pocket expenses to a minimum. An Electronic Claims Service has been contracted by our office so that your claim will be processed promptly. Normally we receive payment for your claim within days. Accounts over 30 days will incur a finance charge. Patients statements are prepared once a month in order to keep you informed and able to avoid any unnecessary charges. We are unable to accept responsibility for collecting your claim but have tried to ease the burden by preparing the initial paperwork. Please call the office if you have any questions.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also provide interest free to patients that qualify called Care Credit. The terms for Care Credit are:

$300 - $699 = 30 days to pay off with no interest

$700 - $999 = 6 months to pay off with no interest

$1000 and over = 12 months to pay off with no interest
